Any real estate agents? Should I get a laptop or iPad?
I am going into real estate soon and want to know what I should purchase, a laptop or iPad.. Any suggestions? Any programs you think would be helpful?

An iPad does not take the place of a laptop. An iPad is a great mobile tool to keep information with you as a resource, but not so terrific to do all things an agent will find necessary. I would think getting a laptop first will serve you best, then when you close a transaction or two, then invest in more tools- such as the iPad- to assist you. There are many apps for iPad that are helpful to agents, but there are new ones available constantly- so when you get your iPad, just Google for recommended apps and you will get a lot of recommendations.
