i have a kesington laptop charger and the light that shows that its charging doesnt turn on anymore. Help me?
The charger is from kensington: model 33402. the light that is on the charger to show that it is charging doesnt turn on anymore but it still charges. The second light on the charger can turn on. theres a green light for the higher watts and the blue light is for lower watts. the light for the higher watts doesnt turn on anymore but can still charge. HELP ME PLZ!!!
Kensington offers a 5 year warranty on most their products, just tell them you have a problem and most likely they’ll send you a brand new charger.
cos one time my wireless mouse receiver broke and kensington sent me a new mouse and receiver even though I only needed receiver usb.
